SERIES 640/740 - RESIDENTIAL ELEVATOR WOODFOLD ACCORDION GATES

WOODFOLD'S SERIES 640/740 Alumifold line incorporates unique hardware hinge system with the aluminum frame side channels of our 440/540 Visifold line into an aesthetically pleasing and secure door featuring a single piece solid extruded aluminum body panel. Alumifold doors are suitable for a variety of installations calling for beauty, function, security, and durability.

PRODUCT DETAILS, SERIES 640/740 ALUMIFOLD
Panel Construction: Extruded solid alumium, 0.080 wall thick- ness, individual panels are 4.25" wide. Available exclusively in clear anodized aluminum with color coordinated steel hardware hinge system, top and bottom.
Panel Selection: Select from solid or decorative perforated panels; featuring nominal 1/2" x 1" perforations.
Panel Finish: Clear anodized aluminum.
Panel Frame Connectors: Full-length steel rods encased in rigid PVC hinge knuckles are inserted in channels running the full length of each panel frame. This dual-leaf hinge system (PVC hinge knuckle with steel rod) serves as a secure auxiliary hinging system on the 740 Series. The 640 Series features a flexible vinyl panel connector. Interlocking Jamb Molding: Aluminum supplied for positive door alignment and latch function. Use of interlocking jamb molding allows the doors to function as single, pairs, or muIti-section units. A 1" deep interlocking jamb molding is provided on all 740 Series doors; a 1/4" deep interlocking jamb molding is provided standard on the 640 Series.
Lead Post: 3/4" x 2-3/4", heavy-duty aluminum, with dual trolley ball-bearing roller system at top.
Track: 1-1/8" x 1" x 0.062" aluminum, clear finish; option of curvable track available.
Wheels: Nylon wheels on steel axle with ball-bearing rollers supplied as standard.
Handles: Molded rigid PVC with finger recess supplied as standard.
Latching: Series 640 features a latch two sides standard. Series 740 features keyIock two sides standard.
Stacking Space: 1-1/4" per lineal foot plus 2-3/4" for lead post.
Widths: Custom made to any width.
